Return Policy

– Items can be returned within 10 days from the date of the order delivered.
– Return products must be unused and returned with all original packaging and tags with which they are shipped.
– In case, if the package delivered to you is broken/damaged/unsealed, please do not accept the package.

– To be considered eligible for return, all orders must be postmarked to ‘Canada Generics Drugstore LLC’ within 7 days of a customer receiving their order.
– ‘Canada Generics Drugstore LLC’ will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition. ‘Canada Generics Drugstore LLC’’ has the right to deny the issuance of a refund to an order that is believed to be previously worn or damaged.

– The return would be acceptable if:
· The item delivered was damaged.
· The medicine received was not as described at the time of purchase.

– The item should be returned in original packing. We recommend using a reliable courier service to ease tracking of order.
-“Canada Generics Drugstore LLC” will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the good(s) during transit. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, it would result in billing or non-refund of the amount equivalent to the loss or damage.
– The return will be closed within 10 days from the day we receive the item(s) to be returned from you.
